Use after a shower before bed and throw on some comfy PJs. If you need deep hydration, oil body/face with your choice. I like sesame and stretch/walk for 15 mins, shower, then apply butter. Do this until you and your skin are satisfied. Otherwise, use this as you would any other cream and apply as needed.
